On January 15, the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Huyu electric and the 2025 Spring Festival Gala with the theme of “Golden Snake Starts Fortune, Gathering Strength for Win-Win” were grandly held in Yueqing. Wang Chu, General Manager of Huyu Electrc, leaders of Huanyu Group, leaders of Eaton Electric (CPC), all employees of Huyu electric, customer representatives and partners, more than a thousand people gathered together to review the struggle in 2024 and look forward to the development blueprint in 2025.

At the beginning of the conference, Wang Chu, general manager of Huyu Electric, delivered an important speech entitled “Keep Your Feet on the Ground and Go Steadily for the Long Term”. In 2025, Huyu will usher in “management changes” and focus on promoting growth, optimizing organization, and strengthening focus this year. Driven by marketing changes, we will promote the layout of two brands and three markets, optimize organizational management, strengthen organizational capacity building, and accelerate the construction of a market-oriented ecological organization.
In the field of products and technology, Huyu will focus on breakthroughs in products for smart grid and new energy application scenarios, achieve a leading level in products such as smart plastic cases, measuring switches, reclosing circuit breakers and high-voltage circuit breakers, improve the product quality of the universal intelligence platform, and enhance customer satisfaction.

2024 is a year of moving forward with firm steps and courage. Zhao Tianwei, executive vice president of Huyu Electric, said in his speech that in the face of a complex and changing market environment, Huyu has always maintained strategic focus, focused on core businesses, optimized resource allocation, and achieved remarkable results.
President Zhao emphasized that 2025 is the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan and a key year for Huyu to achieve high-quality development. The company will continue to focus on the strategic positioning of “two brands, three markets, and three products”, focus on key areas such as power grids, new energy, and charging piles, deepen cooperation with leading companies in the industry, and increase market share and brand influence. At the same time, Huyu will continue to deeply optimize its internal structure management, make comprehensive efforts in multiple dimensions, and work together to achieve the company’s strategic goals in 2025. The company will continue to uphold the development concept of “innovation-driven, quality-oriented”, work with partners to meet new challenges and opportunities, and push Huyu to new heights.

Products are the core engine that drives the company forward, and their strategic position is self-evident. In his keynote speech titled “Innovation and Development of Huyu Electric in the New Power System”, Pan Ruxin, Marketing Director of Huyu Electric, made an in-depth analysis of the current status and future trends of the industry, and introduced in detail Huyu’s product layout and solutions in the fields of new energy and smart grids.
Mr. Pan pointed out that with the advancement of the “dual carbon” strategy, the new energy industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities. Huyu closely follows the industry trend and has launched the NE new energy series products, which are widely used in photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage and other fields to promote the green development of new energy. In the field of smart grid, Huyu has achieved comprehensive intelligent management from the substation to the user through the intelligent distribution substation solution, improving the reliability and efficiency of the power grid.
Mr. Pan emphasized that in the future, Huyu will continue to focus on smart grids, new energy, smart electrical and other fields, and launch more innovative products and solutions to assist the industry’s digital transformation and green development.

On the morning of the annual meeting, a special distributor symposium “Policy Introduction and Discussion – Changes in Dealer Policy in 2025” was held. At the meeting, Chen Liang, Director of the North District of the Channel Industry Line, elaborated in detail on the new layout of Huyu Electric’s dealer policy in 2025. At the same time, we actively absorbed dealers’ insights on Huyu Electric, and these feedbacks are extremely valuable.
